Following a landmark year of global growth, Decom Engineering is seeking a Lead Workshop Tech to take operational ownership of our Marywell facility. This is a senior-level appointment for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level engineering and field-ready execution.

In this role, you aren’t just "on the tools"—you are the custodian of our workshop’s efficiency. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our patented subsea Chopsaws and custom-built equipment, ensuring every asset is maintained, certified, and documented to set industry benchmarks in the world’s most challenging environments.
