TSC Subsea is a global specialist in developing advanced remotely deployed subsea NDT inspection solutions to assess the structural integrity of offshore assets.

We use diverless underwater scanners and crawlers to deploy the latest high resolution inspection technologies ART, ACFM, PA and PEC to the work face. We operate globally in key subsea markets with facilities in the UK, Norway, United States, Brazil and Australia.

The Sales Manager role is a front-line sales role reporting directly into the Global Sales Director. Tasked with developing sales to new and existing customers for TSC Subsea’s advanced subsea inspection solutions. Based on existing TSC Subsea strategies and plans for the specific region. This role has regional revenue targets and commissions. The role requires close liaison with, Technical Leads, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management and other Functional/Discipline Managers and Global Sales organization within the group.

Overview
  • Actively develop sales and business opportunities to meet TSC Subsea’s planned goals in region
  • Contribute to marketing and liaise with management to allow for growth of our subsea inspection solutions in the region
  • Work constructively with management to access a significant market position for the technology in the subsea inspection and tethered inspection markets
  • Identify, and act on new opportunities to perform agreed sales activities maintaining existing, and developing new clients
  • Report sales activities according to company guidelines
  • Contribute to/develop local sales plans to ensure timely growth of the advanced subsea inspection market in the region
  • Drive proposal development and bid management
  • Drive new technical applications within the region and area of advanced subsea inspection
  • Gain technical understanding of ART, ACFM, AUT and PEC technology, along with numerous deployment robots, to gain in depth understanding of the value propositions
  • Maintain existing clients and build on existing business relationships to increase sales volumes
  • Identify and monitor competitors and focus on our value proposition
  • Support trade shows, client meetings, Lunch & learn sessions, and management visits
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and promote TSC Subsea solutions within the region
  • Maintain high level of integrity according to company guidelines and directives . Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally within subsea, NDT, offshore, or industrial inspection industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in a technical or engineering-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of subsea operations, inspection technologies, or related offshore services (or willingness to rapidly learn)
  • Experience with proposal development, commercial negotiations, and bid management
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver client solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive-level audiences
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability to grasp complex inspection technologies (ART, ACFM, AUT, PEC) and translate them into clear value propositions
  • Sales & Negotiation:
