Senior Cost Manager – Energy & Natural Resources

Full‑time role in the Energy and Natural Resources Department at Turner & Townsend.

Job Objectives:

• Suitably qualified & experienced at Cost Management level
• Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
• Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, program performance, cost control and value engineering
• Manage contract changes effectively, keeping projects within governance and adopting best practice
• Drive improvements in forecasting and budgeting accuracy

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Professional body membership or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience with Contract Management: NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
