** What will this role achieve?
** As the Engineering Trainer, you will be fully responsible for the delivering of high-quality Engineering Training, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of site Engineering Apprentices and guiding their development throughout the programme.
** What will be your key deliverables?
*** To maintain the comprehensive Training matrix covering all Engineering capability requirements
* Design and deliver Train the trainer programmes to build internal capability
* Facilitate the bi-annual training days to deliver compliance and engineering training
* Deliver high-quality technical training on:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM’s) Machine size changes Guard removal and refitting General lubrication procedures Machine adjustments, set-up and parts replacement
* Create, amend, verify and maintain DSOP’s (Dynamic Standard Operating Procedures) for all training areas. Ensuring all DSOP’s are accurate, compliant and aligned with site Engineering standards
* Conduct competency assessments and sign-off engineers/apprentices once training is completed
* Carry out assessments as part of the ATM Recruitment process
* Complete annual training gap analysis and develop targeted training plans to address capability gaps.
· Support the recruitment, onboarding and management of Engineering Apprentices
* Guide and support apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring progress against the apprenticeship framework.
* Use SFOL (or equivalent systems) to create KPI’s and dashboards that measure training effectiveness and completion rates.
* Provide regular reporting on training, progress, competency development, and compliance levels.

* ** Experience with training-based programmes with the engineering field
* Identifying skills gaps and providing solutions
* Excellent verbal and written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with facilitating training-based needs
* A background in engineering training
