FMC, You Will
- Be part of a two-year structured training programme spent within a rotational framework that allows you to gain exposure to many areas of our business and take on real responsibility
- Be primarily located at our one of our UK sites with possibilities to go offshore
- Build on both technical and behavioural skills to enable you to progress your career alongside our experienced mentors
- Begin your programme late 2026
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in relevant Engineering discipline or Physics
- Representation of our core values: realising possibilities, achieving together and building trust
- Self-motivated team players who show a passion for innovation and technology
- Interested candidates should submit their most up-to-date CV with online application fully completed
- All applicants must be based in the UK
- Selected candidates will then be invited to the next stage in the recruitment process
- If successful, you will receive a conditional offer subject to completion of your degree, references and medical
- Annual Leave: 30 days + 5 fixed public holidays.
