Plan and oversee steam cleaning of vessels/tanks to safely remove hazardous residues; ensure compliant, risk‑controlled operations.

• Define methods, risk assessments, equipment, and isolations (LOTO/DBB)
• Supervise execution; monitor performance and compliance
• Ensure safety (CSE, gas testing) and waste control
• Verify cleanliness, maintain records, drive improvements
