Location: Aberdeen City
SSE plc is seeking a Principal Engineer - Electrical Plant to join our Network Engineering team in Scotland. The role focuses on shaping technical policy, guiding substation electrical plant design and testing, and delivering high‑voltage transmission projects across the network.
The position requires Chartered Engineer status (or active progression) and extensive experience with AIS, GIS, HVDC and FACTS at transmission voltages.
