Lead Application Engineer – Upper and Intelligent Completions

Seeking an experienced Application Engineer to lead high‑value projects in Upper Completions and Intelligent Production Systems. The role collaborates with Service Delivery Coordinators, Sales, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure flawless execution from pre‑planning to post‑job analysis.

• Ensure compliance with iMtJC process and intelligently manage the entire job cycle.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand clients’ construction or production objectives.
• Perform offset job analysis and product/service‑specific engineering calculations to assess hazards and incident potential.
• Coordinate with all disciplines and stakeholders to incorporate all application constraints and product options.
• Design a job program with risk mitigation and contingency plans that meet client objectives, maximize revenue, and secure future assignments.
• Document calculations, simulations, plan revisions, and changes for audit visibility.
• Provide on‑demand support according to the product portfolio or on‑call schedule during job execution.
• Compare job as‑planned versus job as‑executed, record lessons learned, and recommend procedural improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Respond to field incidents related to products or services and participate in investigations when required.
• Ensure timely incident management to resolve customer issues and facilitate cash collection.
• Advise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component failures.
• Provide sales support and application recommendations to customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (hands‑on experience may compensate).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Engineer.
• More than 5 years’ experience in Upper Completions.
• Additional experience in Intelligent Production Systems, Lower Completions, Wellbore Constructions or Wellbore Interventions is a benefit.
• Comfortable with client interactions.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach to complex customer issues.
