Lead Product Planner

As Lead Product Planner you will be in charge of planning a large subsea project and will ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery. The position reports to the Materials Manager.
Responsibilities- Scheduling Management: overall project schedule management, ensuring quality and accuracy of dates, logic, and scope reflection.
- Coordinating: collaboration with other planners and with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to maintain schedule quality and accuracy.
- Supporting Project Management: providing visibility through look‑aheads, risk and mitigation actions, and opportunities in the schedule.
- Reporting: produce relevant reports that give the project manager the tools to decide and drive execution.
- Customer Interaction: provide schedule updates and explain current status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Process Adherence: adhere to approved processes and drive implementation of new initiatives for fully integrated planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in planning, preferably in oil and gas/subsea or large‑scale mechanical manufacturing or controls equipment environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle MRP is a plus.
- Ability to understand project status and link the schedule to execution reality.
- Strong understanding of risks and opportunities in the schedule and skill to drive actions.
- Expertise in planning large projects and using Primavera P6.
