Programme Structure
- Onshore induction and training
- Offshore rotation (1 hitch, approximately 3 weeks)
- Onshore project assignment
- Final presentation and assessment
- Support operational teams onshore and offshore on assigned projects
- Participate in safety and operational activities offshore under supervision
- Conduct analysis and contribute to improvement initiatives onshore
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Currently studying an Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related)
- Minimum completion of 2nd year of study
- Not yet graduated (final-year students eligible)
