Senior Contract Manager

We’re working with an established specialist in the high-voltage power sector
, delivering critical electrical infrastructure and engineering solutions for a strong portfolio of clients.

They’re looking for an experienced HV Contracts Manager to take the lead in Aberdeen — someone who can combine technical HV expertise, commercial awareness and leadership to deliver projects successfully while helping build the next phase of the business.

You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape and grow the HV operation
, rather than simply manage projects. You’ll have ownership across:

• HV project delivery – ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
• Business growth – identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships and helping build a strong pipeline
• Commercial management – preparing quotations, tenders and project controls
• Leadership – setting goals, developing engineers and supporting the wider operations team
• Client relationships – becoming a key point of contact and building long-term partnerships
• Safety & quality – maintaining the highest standards across all HV activities

You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience managing an electrical/HV engineering operation or business
• Strong technical understanding of HV systems and engineering
• Proven commercial and project management experience
• Experience with tenders, quotations and business development
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred
• IOSH, SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification
