Mechanical Design Technician (Solid Works) £40,000 – £45,000 + Weekdays Only + Family Business + Private Medical Insurance + Life Insurance Aberdeen
Are you an experienced Engineer with a background in manufacturing, looking to join a well-established family business specialising in hydraulic machinery and equipment?
The company has been established since 1948 and is a long-established family run engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of hydraulics and mechanical solutions for several industry sectors.
This role would suit a Draughtsman with Solid Works experience and a manufacturing background, looking to join a well-established engineering company that offers excellent job security, private healthcare, ongoing development, and the opportunity to work on bespoke engineering projects.
The Role:- Concept and product design
- Improving and upgrading equipment
- Working across all manufacturing departments
- Engineering HND or degree
- Experience with Solid Works and 3D design
- Background in manufacturing (~15 years)
