As we accelerate our brand and product roadmap, we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are launched, communicated, and loved.
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be the strategic bridge between marketing, our product and our players. Sitting within the Brand team and reporting into the Head of Brand, this role is responsible for defining product positioning, leading go-to-market strategy, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and ensuring our players clearly understand the value of every new feature, game, and platform enhancement.
You will deeply understand the online casino/iGaming landscape, player behaviour, and competitive shifts. You will transform product insight into powerful narratives and measurable growth, supporting both acquisition and retention.
What You Will Do Go-to-Market Leadership- Deepen the understanding of our target audience through the development of detailed player personas to assist our GTM strategy
- Own the GTM strategy for MrQ product marketing, new game launches, product features, and platform enhancements.
- Help define our value proposition with clear product-positioning and messaging by player touchpoint through the development of a value proposition messaging framework.
- Project manage cross functional product marketing initiatives with launch plans that align brand, CRM, performance, social, and affiliate activity.
- Partner closely with Brand, Casino, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Data, CRM, and Affiliate teams to ensure seamless delivery of product marketing initiatives.
- Act as the voice of marketing within product squads, providing audience insight and strategic context.
- Guide products through the full lifecycle from concept to testing to post-launch optimisation.
- Monitor product performance, player engagement, and market trends to inform ongoing improvements.
- Work with analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Work with the brand and design teams to produce compelling product content: feature stories, player comms, briefs, pitch decks, and launch collateral.
- Partner with social and creative teams to bring product stories to life across channels.
- Support affiliate partners with positioning frameworks, promotional assets, and talking points.
- Collaborate with CRM to design automated journeys, retention campaigns, and personalised in-product messaging.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and tracking platforms to optimise engagement and performance.
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, gambling, or adjacent digital entertainment categories
- Proven track record launching digital/technical products in fast-paced consumer environments.
- Strong understanding of player needs, behavioural segmentation, and market dynamics.
- Experience shaping product narratives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Comfortable working with tracking tools, marketing analytics platforms, and back-office systems.
- Able to translate data insights into clear strategic actions.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Highly collaborative, able to influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
