Merkur Casino Poker Dealer

We are seeking a Poker Dealer to work at the Aberdeen Casino. The role involves dealing table games to a high standard and delivering excellent customer service as part of MERKUR Casino, a leading provider of gaming services in the UK.

Hours:

40 per week | Pay: £13.27 per hour |

Location:

Aberdeen

• Deal table games to a high standard in line with company policy and procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service and correct game commentary.
• Demonstrate good table security and inform inspectors, Pit boss or Casino Manager of any players to note.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and health and safety practices.
• Promote the company professionally and positively with internal and external contacts.
• Ensure the equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times.
• Attend and conduct meetings as required.
• Understand and ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission licence codes of conduct and practice.
• Promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures and ensure they are integral to daily operations.
• Be proactive in safeguarding customers and the business by maintaining the highest level of compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• May undertake additional or alternative duties as directed by line management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a poker dealer or other relevant experience.
• Must possess a Personal Functional License (PFL).
• Strong table gaming knowledge.
• Experience dealing Texas Hold Em Poker is advantageous.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
• Ideally based in or near Milton Keynes.
