Accounts Payable Assistant – Aberdeen or Glasgow.

• Process a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for multiple AAB companies.
• Ensure invoices are coded correctly and authorised in line with company procedures.
• Administer and process corporate credit card statements.
• Allocate payments to invoices and assist with supplier payment runs.
• Deal with supplier and staff queries in a timely manner.

• Experience in a high‑volume environment is essential.
• Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with IT and financial systems.
• Experience with Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous.
