Job Opportunity! – Interim Year End Systems Accountant (SAP, S/4, SAC) – South West England

A local government client of mine are soon to be going live with their upgrade of SAP onto cloud in particular S4 & SAC modules. Given that year end is around the corner, the concern is what impact this will have on the finance team overall. As a result of this my client are on the lookout to bring in a Financial Accountant on an interim basis who has specific SAP, S4, SAC system experience who can act as a go to for systems related queries and support the team through year end.

Contract Duration: Until end of June 2026

Location: South West England

Rate: DOE

IR35: Inside

Hybrid: Minimum X2 days per week in the office.

Days: X5 Days per week (could also consider X3-4 days per week).

Start Date: ASAP

As mentioned, you will be needed to support the team through year end with SAP systems S4 SAC specific queries.

• Must have specific SAP systems experience on the new modules with S4 & SAC.
• Must be willing to work in office a minimum of X2 days per week.
• Do not necessarily need to be a fully qualified accountant although it would be beneficial.
• Do not necessarily need to have public sector experience although it would be preferred.
