Indirect Tax​/Vat Associate

About The Role

Our client are looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join their Indirect Tax Services group. You will be working in their FTSE 100 team that also covers a broad range of multinational clients and overseas parented groups.

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Be involved in the financial management of clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

• A proven track record in advising clients from a range of sectors and industries on complex Valued Added Tax (VAT) issues.
• A motivated, proactive individual that has the ability to build and maintain their own client relationships.
• To be able to assist in the development of VAT technical offerings and to easily disseminate complex messages in a manner that is easy to understand.
• The ability to support the development of junior staff.
• Someone who will respond well to being encouraged to shape and actively manage their career development through involvement in a broad variety of work.
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
