Full Time Permanent Post

Based at Summerfield House, Aberdeen and Home as appropriate.

We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced individual to take on the role of Finance Administrator and support the busy Finance department. This role will report to the Financial Accountant and work closely with colleagues across the department and wider organisation to ensure the effectiveness of NHS Grampian’s financial processes.

You should be a self‑driven, enthusiastic and customer‑centric individual to join our dynamic and supportive team. This post will include ensuring financial procedures are followed, and data input is carried out with speed and accuracy to meet deadlines. You will maintain our system of financial delegation and support the validation of suppliers, providing assistance and advice to a wide range of stakeholders as required.

The team is exceptionally busy, so the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure is essential.

• Educated to Standard Grade level (passes) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience working within a finance function.
• Computer literacy; excellent communication skills; numerate and literate.

• 36 hours per week.
• Opportunity for flexible working hours.
