TMM is partnering exclusively with a global, private equity-backed business to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to financial planning, strategic analysis, and project-based work, with the opportunity to directly support and influence senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support financial planning and forecasting cycles.
- Deliver strategic analysis
to drive business performance. - Build and maintain robust financial models.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to key projects and commercial initiatives.
- Fully qualified accountant (ICAS / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in FP&A.
- Strong financial modelling
and advanced Excel
skills. - Highly analytical with an enquiring mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Confident engaging with senior leadership.
