Norwich Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week Reed Finance Norwich are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client in recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their Finance Department at their Head Office in Norwich on a permanent basis. This role is integral to supporting the wider finance team by preparing, presenting, and analysing management accounts for defined divisions within the Group.

Day-to-day of the role:
Work closely with the wider finance team. Prepare initial management accounts for specific divisions. Ensure data accuracy and currency to identify efficient and commercial opportunities. Present and analyse financial data to aid in the development of the clients’ operational services. Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Finance and/or accounting qualification (AAT, Degree, ACCA or equivalent). Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with expertise in producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain accurate financial records. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively. Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders across the business.
