Finance Manager - Capital Treasury & External Partnerships - ABS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategically focused finance professional to join Aberdeenshire Council as Finance Manager (Capital, Treasury and External Partnerships).

This senior leadership role will lead the Council's capital finance, treasury management and partnership finance functions, providing expert advice and assurance on major investment decisions, funding strategies and financial sustainability. Working closely with senior officers and Elected Members, you will help shape the Council's future investment programmes while ensuring strong governance, affordability and value for money.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
