You will be responsible for administering the Council’s Street Naming & Numbering service and will also support the maintenance and administering Falkirk Council’s Corporate Address Gazetteer (CAG). You will also be responsible for the administration of shared mailboxes relating to these functions and resolution of any issues and enquiries which might arise.

As required, you will also support the maintenance and development of the core management information systems used by the council’s Planning, Development Management and Building Standards functions in the delivery of these core statutory services.

You will also be required to collate, prepare and maintain financial, technical, performance and other management information relating to Place Services operations and projects.

Experience in the operation and administration of information systems is essential, as is an ability to manage conflicting priorities and appropriately manage information to ensure it’s accuracy, relevancy and security.
