Responsibilities

• Provide centre-based and outreaching in delivering community health programmes and projects
• Assist in liaison of community partners and other parties to facilitate the implementation of projects
• Maintain and update service records, report and related documents

• Degree holder preferably in community health
• HKCEE 5 passes [incl. Eng (Syl
  
  B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of social welfare or healthcare service experience preferred
• Good command of digital literacy and computer literacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Shift duty including 2 days night shift until 9.15pm per week
• Five-day work

• Out-patient and hospitalization medical scheme
• Wedding leave
• Birthday leave

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
