• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own flats.
• Support clients with activities such as playing pool, arts and crafts, gardeningҭак, video games and community visits.
• Administer medication as required.
• Prepare meals and assist with home maintenance.
• Provide behavioural support and positive support strategies.
• Help clients to achieve personal goals and manage their finances.
• Work flexible shifts, including 24‑hour care and sleep‑over shifts.

• Positive and motivated, with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults.
• Reliable, honest and calm under pressure.
• Experience using Makaton is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake training and professional development.

• £13.01 per hour.
• 28 days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays (full time, pro‑rata for part time).
