Workforce Intelligence Assistant, Workforce Development & Redesign
Band 4, 37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity to join the Workforce Intelligence Unit (WIU). The successful candidate will assist WIU in providing accurate workforce information using a variety of systems, including Power BI, to inform decisions and support the strategic aim of delivering the best standards of service to patients throughout NHS Grampian.
Responsibilities- Assist WIU in generating workforce data and reports using Power BI and other systems.
- Support decision‑making by delivering accurate workforce information.
- If the post operates within the Aberdeen City Low Emission Zone, the employee will be responsible for all costs associated with entering.
- HNC/SVQ (SCQ 7) level education in computing or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and other Office packages.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Motivation to learn and develop within the role.
