QualificationsFinal Year Nursing Students (Adult Branch) or nurses looking for their first registered nurse post since graduating from a UK university are invited to apply. You must be graduating from an NMC approved undergraduate programme and be able to commence in post by mid July.
Support and Development- 2 weeks minimum supernumerary
- Support to complete Flying Start NHS® including 4 face‑to‑face Development Days aligned to the 4 Pillars of Practice.
- Preceptorship
- Values Based Reflective Practice
- Clinical Supervision
