Position:Support Worker (Part‑time, 15 hours)
Location:
Donald Dewar Court, Aberdeen.
We support 7 individuals living in two purpose‑built bungalows. They require assistance with mobility, personal care, daily life management, and home maintenance. They also enjoy gardening, trampolining, swing play, colouring, horse‑riding, walking, pub outings and meals with friends. 24/7 care is required, including weekends.
Shift patterns: 7:00‑2:30, 2:15‑9:45, and waking nights (covered by a dedicated team).
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence, over 25 years old.
We pay the living wage and continually invest in pay increases each April.
