Experienced support worker?

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Support Worker to support a highly respected and well known client in the Kirkliston area. This role involves providing tailored emotional support and practical care to help our client feel empowered, confident, and independent.

This is an important long day placement with set hours requiring professionalism reliability and discretion in all aspects of care delivery.

Female applicants only – Occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal and sensitive nature of the support provided

Provide person Centred care and support for individuals with learning disabilities.

Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meals, and mobility.

Promote independence and life skills development.

Support social inclusion through community activities and engagement.

Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting concerns appropriately.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

Encourage communication, choices, and self-expression.

Work as part of a team while advocating for those you support.

Compassionate, empathetic and professional care worker.

UK Experience in support Work or similar

Driver preferred and must be able to work between the hours of 07:00 – 22:00 within the area of Kirkliston

Reliable and able to work independently as part of a wider support team.

PVG registered or willing to register.
