Job Description Summary
The role of a Clinical Education Specialist Interventional is primarily to deliver and co‑coordinate training on GE Healthcare’s products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the IGT install base.

Responsibilities- Provide onsite clinical applications training to users’ equipment in specified modality area.
- Co‑coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.
- Act as the technical liaison to the sales organization, strengthening technical capabilities and customer relationships while driving business opportunities.
- Conduct high‑quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
- Maintain satisfactory after‑sale relationships and develop long‑term customer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
- Promote unique differentiators based on customers’ clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
- Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
- Support trade shows, workshops, show sites and customer visits.
- Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
- Document trainings, site visits and customer interactions as per local protocol.
- Deliver customer presentations at classroom education days and user events.
- Degree as a certified radiographer.
- Proven technical/clinical industry experience with interventional procedures.
- Experience in invasive procedures (cardiac cath lab / interventional radiology).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and good communication.
- Self‑motivated with initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team oriented with a strong customer satisfaction mindset.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing work environments.
- Able to travel and be at customer sites 70–80% of the working time (annual average).
- Previous experience with GE products.
- Experience conducting training.
- Knowledge of GE or competitor interventional products.
