Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader to join Runwood Homes. In this role, you'll ensure that residents receive high-quality care while leading a team of Care Assistants. You'll be responsible for planning care, handling medication, and maintaining the highest care standards.
We are looking for someone who excels in person-centred care and has experience with dementia care. Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you progress your career.
