Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person‑centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.

In this role you will support people in their own flats, helping them live independently. The support may involve medication administration, cooking and home maintenance, positive behaviour support, managing finances, and encouraging participation in activities such as playing pool, work placements, arts and crafts, video games, gardening and community outings. Some of the individuals we support are non‑verbal and use Makaton to communicate.

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, eager to learn and who have a passion to care. Experience as a support worker, care assistant, veteran, or those with lived experience is welcome but not mandatory. We emphasise values and are welcoming people from all walks of life, whether seasoned support workers, Care Assistants, Veterans, those with lived experience, or even total newbies.

We offer a variety of shifts to support Monday to Sunday, including some sleepover shifts. Examples include:

• 10 am – 10 am the next day (includes sleepover)
• 8 am – 4:30 pm
• 8 am – 6 pm

No driving licence is required. We are recruiting for full‑time contract roles.
