Full‑time; long days and some weekends.

Our service in Dubford consists of 3 buildings and provides accommodation to up to 24 adults in shared and single tenancies. We support adults with complex needs and behaviours that may be described as challenging.

• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
• Support access to community activities, building social connections, and managing health and wellbeing.
• Ensure high standards of support and promote independence, confidence, and well‑being for residents.
