Resuscitation Facilitator, NHS Grampian

Band 6, 15 hours / 2 days per week, Base – Aberdeen. This role is an exciting opportunity within a well-established resuscitation services team.

We anticipate you will bring experience in acute clinical settings and a passion for teaching. The role involves independent and collaborative work throughout NHS Grampian.

Key responsibilities
:

• Deliver high‑quality resuscitation training to staff.
• Develop and review resuscitation curriculum.
• Provide expert clinical support in acute settings.
• Mentor junior staff and promote professional development.
• Participate in national resuscitation initiatives.

Qualifications and experience
:

• Current NMC registration or equivalent.
• Substantial recent experience in an acute clinical setting or an equivalent recognized clinical subspecialty.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Interviews will be held on 17 August 2026.
