An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 full-time (36.0 hours per week) Community Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join the Integrated Alcohol Service
, Aberdeen City.
This is an opportunity for accomplished nurses to join our team at band 6 level. Integrated Alcohol Service is an area which excels in providing quality care to individuals who have varied complex issues. Our service champions the importance of person-centred care and uses a motivational model. This role will involve undertaking comprehensive assessments, regular reviews, collaborative working, and in-house training.
We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in developing their knowledge and skills of caring for people who are dependant to alcohol. The ideal candidates will be confident and capable in their assessment skills and be willing to push their knowledge in areas of physical health and social needs. This role is ideal for people who work well collaboratively and are able to manage a caseload independently.
