* role and for this position, female is an Occupational Requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010. - This role is driver essential and drivers must hold a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) to be considered.

About the roleWe’re recruiting a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker* to join a small team supporting two individuals in their own home in the Northfield area of Aberdeen
.

You’ll be supporting two amazing individuals who are deaf and have a learning disability, helping them to live full, active, and independent lives. We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering person-centred support that is tailored to each person's unique goals, interests, and needs.
No two days are the same! The people you’ll support enjoy a wide range of fun and rewarding activities, including swimming, carriage riding, attending discos, going to the gym, baking delicious treats, and getting out and about for walks. If you love helping people make the most of every day and creating meaningful experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.
Shiftpattern
You will be required to work a mix of the following shifts (32.5 hours):
- 10am – 10am (includes sleepover - paid at regular rate)
- 10am – 3pm
- 4pm – 9pm
- 8am – 4pm
- 4pm – 8am (includes sleepover - paid at regular rate)
Please note: shift times may vary slightly to accommodate the individuals’ schedules. Sleepovers are paid at regular rate.
