Our service in Westhill supports 3 ladies living independently in their own home. They each have their own personalities, needs and preferences. The service provides an exceptional level of support and we work with families to provide a completely personalised service, developing and evolving to do things better.

• Female Support workers only – a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Highly reliable, motivated and passionate about what they do
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, double and sleep‑over shifts, and every other weekend
• Exhibits reliability, honesty, strong communication skills and a respectful approach

• Provide person‑centred support to the residents, including assistance with daily activities, such as gardening, attending concerts and theatre, visiting family, puzzles, walks, movie nights, shopping, arts and crafts and many more activities.
• Spend your whole shift with the person you support to maximise impact on their lives.
• Work with a supportive team, in an environment that respects the privacy and home of the residents.

• Full‑time Support Worker – 30 or 36 hours per week, depending on the role applied for.
• Shift patterns: 10am‑11pm sleep‑over shift finishing at 10am the next day; 7.30am‑4pm and 3pm‑9pm shifts, with required rotation on weekends.

Applicants will be required to work a variety of these shifts, including every other weekend.
