Location: Aberdeen City
NHS Grampian is inviting applications for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to work with Aberdeen City CMHTs in the Older Adults Mental Health Directorate. The post is based in community settings and hospital clinics, delivering care to patients with functional and organic illnesses.
You will manage a caseload, carry out referrals, formulate care plans, and evaluate care while liaising with multidisciplinary teams. A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
