One Medical Group in Aberdeen is seeking a passionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Primary Care teams at Great Western Medical Practice and Whinhill Medical Practice. You will provide mental health assessments, risk management and brief interventions within a multidisciplinary team.
You'll work with GPs to improve access to mental health support, develop person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
