Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is seeking a Health Defence Coordinator to deliver health checks, healthy lifestyle workshops and support lifestyle changes in the Grampian area. You will work with local partners, communities and NHS colleagues to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for people living with chest, heart and stroke conditions.
