Renaissance Care in the UK is seeking a Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) for Letham Park Care Home, 33 hours per week. You will design personalised activities to improve residents' wellbeing, working with staff, residents and relatives to identify what matters most.
You will lead group and individual sessions, support care staff and promote inclusion. The role values compassion, autonomy and teamwork, with ongoing training and development and employee wellbeing benefits.
