Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership Podiatry Service is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Return to Practice Podiatrist to join our welcoming, friendly, and supportive Podiatry Team.

This post is specifically designed to support podiatrists who wish to return to the HCPC register following a break in practice. You will be supported through a structured Return to Practice programme, combining supervised clinical experience, professional development, and mentorship.

This is an excellent opportunity to rebuild confidence, refresh clinical skills, and reintegrate into a rewarding NHS role within a multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with experienced podiatrists delivering care across community settings.
• Refresh and develop podiatry skills including Minor Surgery, MSK and Wound care.
• Participate in a structured Return to Practice programme aligned with HCPC requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with service and professional standards.
• Contribute to patient-centred, safe, and effective care.

• Previous qualification in Podiatry (BSc or equivalent)
• Previously HCPC registered podiatrist (lapsed registration accepted)
• Commitment to completing HCPC Return to Practice requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and engage in supervised practice.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
