We are looking for a Night Supervisor to lead our guest relations team in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests.

Our guest relations team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile. As Night Supervisor, you will supervise the guest relations team and lead by example to ensure the guest journey is anticipate and delivered to the highest level. You will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department, handling everything from check‑in and check‑out to throughout the night.

• Supervise and support the guest relations team during night operations.
• Lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered at the highest level.
• Exercise patience, empathy and a host‑like personality to manage late night guest service.
• Monitor and coordinate all night‑time guest service activities to maintain smooth operations.

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot and solve problems creatively.
• Passion for creating extraordinary service.
• Team‑orientated mindset with strong verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
