About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Aberdeen office. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, offering the opportunity to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across healthcare, commercial, and IT sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client and candidate relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (360) from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for placements, billings, and new business development.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the relevant sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within healthcare, commercial, or IT sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work full-time in the Aberdeen office (5 days a week).
