Location: Aberdeen
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Mon - Fri

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Payroll Manager to support the end-to-end monthly payroll process
Collating information and accurately inputting data for starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, and deductions
Processing payments including statutory sick pay and absence-related payments
Responding to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring full compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures
Collaborating with the Payroll Manager to support improvements in systems and process

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within an end to end payroll administration
Experience with payroll systems and HR/payroll software
Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
