Overview
Hunter Adams are currently working with an Energy sector client who is looking to bring in a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid payroll experience who enjoys working across both UK and international payrolls within a busy environment.
Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, making sure all data is correctly maintained in SAP, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legislation.
- You’ll also be involved in reviewing payroll reports, supporting month-end processes, handling queries from employees and external stakeholders, and getting involved in payroll projects and system testing when required.
- We are looking to speak with candidates with 3+ years’ payroll or HR experience, who are confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and solid end-to-end payroll knowledge are essential, along with confidence using payroll systems.
- SAP experience is a bonus but not essential, as long as you can pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are also key.
