Location: Aberdeen City
Engage Talent Partners partners with a client to recruit a part-time HR Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract, based in Aberdeen.
The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, with CIPD Level 5 and experience in engineering/workshop environments highly regarded. You will manage disciplinary matters, investigations, and HR system reporting while supporting wellbeing and retention initiatives.
