Location: Aberdeen City
Borr Drilling is seeking an HR Coordinator on a fixed-term contract for 6 to 9 months to support the Corporate HR Hub. You will manage contracts of employment, oversee payroll controls, and work to enhance HR procedures and practices, reporting to the Corporate HR Manager.
Responsibilities include ensuring contract compliance, handling new hires and inductions, Right to Work checks, and HRIS updates for absences and expatriate/UK corporate staff.
