Reporting to the CHRO, you'll play a pivotal role in building the capability, leadership and culture needed to support a growing, ambitious and operationally focused business. Partnering with senior leaders across our fleet and shore-based operations, you will influence workforce strategy, strengthen organisational performance and ensure our people remain at the heart of every business decision.

Experience with in offshore energy, maritime, logistics or other operational environments would be advantageous.
