Role Purpose

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Consultant to join our team in Aberdeen on a full or part time basis (minimum 4 days per week). Candidates should hold a Level 7 Advanced CIPD accreditation (or equivalent), demonstrate substantial experience in strategic HR roles, or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification in the near future.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our supportive and close-knit team. The role may be suited to someone who is developing in their HR career (4+ years' experience) and is perhaps currently working in an internal HR role but is looking to move to a consultancy role, where the focus is on building strong relationships with clients and giving sound, commercial advice.
