Recruitment Consultant

FT Recruitment are an Aberdeen headquartered recruitment business with over 30 years of experience in the sector and backed by investors who can ensure the business maximises its potential in the future.

Our recent growth has coincided with the opening of our Commercial recruitment business unit, and we are now looking to add to that team.

As a recruitment consultant with us, you will play a key role in finding top talent for our clients. You will use your knowledge and expertise to match the right candidates with the right job opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised, able to prioritise and have the ability to manage a high volume of recruitment projects at once.
